Here Not Here
A downloadable game
A game about talking, walking at the edge of the unknown, and contemplating the season of endings.
The ground is painted in the colors of flame. The paths of two travelers cross for a time, here at the border between our world and theirs, as leaves crunch underfoot. One is mortal - knowing the taste of well-water, feeling the chill against their ears, losing clarity of sight as the sun sets - the other is not. Together they walk for a while in the season of endings, and talk.
This is a game about a chance meeting between a Here and a Not-Here; a being from the known and a being from the unknown. This meeting takes place on the meandering edge between worlds; a little in each. Two players work together, each playing one of the beings, to inhabit these parts and strut their hour upon the stage.
Made for the Cozy Autumn TTRPG for two jam in about two hours.

This is lovely - I can't wait to try this out on an appropriately atmospheric day
Thank you! The appropriateness of the day is right; it is interesting to me, in retrospect, how the game is literally unplayable for around 9 months out of the year.
