Dodge'Ems and Dragons
A game about dragons, the cost of greed, and trying to collect just one more coin.
Introduction:
A Thief, a Warrior, and a Mage have teamed up to enter the lair of Dodgem the Dreaded Drake. Moving as a unit, they intend to pay off their numerous debts by exploiting the dragon's reliable behaviour of spitting a conflagration of coins at annoying adventurers. But each coin collected is a greedy gamble; the gold is engulfed in dragonfire that brings the reckless a step closer to permanent (or at the very least, expensive) death!
Controls:
- WASD or Arrow Keys to move
Guide:
The Dungeon:
- The Dragon shoots projectiles at you.
- Firebolts (red) will deal damage.
- Flaming Coins (yellow) will give gold, but also deal a small amount of damage.
- Health (green) will heal.
- Your mage will fire occasionally healing magic in a random direction.
- When you have enough coins, you can exit the dungeon.
The Shop:
- Leaving the dungeon allows you to catch your breath and spend gold on items to aid survival.
- Healing Potions will restore an amount of your lost health.
- Max Health Potions will increase your maximum health.
- Boots will allow your thief to increase your movement speed.
- Shields will allow your warrior to reduce the damage of projectiles (to a minimum of 1).
- Orbs will allow your mage to create additional healing projectiles.
Good Luck!
- Leaving the dungeon costs money, so don't leave too early.
- ...But the dungeon will get harder over time, so don't leave too late either!
- If you run out of health, you can either restart from the beginning or purchase revivification to continue your run.
